Because the densely arranged ferrite magnetic rods have good magnetic gathering performance, when the broken wire and damaged parts of the steel wire rope pass through the detection surface of the steel wire rope detector sensor, the magnetic field strength around the steel wire rope detector changes, the magnetic sensitive element senses the change of the magnetic field strength, and outputs a weak electrical signal, which is transmitted to the upper computer software through the communication module for analysis and display of the results after signal amplification and filtering circuit processing.
