Magnetic detection technology is very representative of the induction coil technology invented at the beginning of the last century and the Hall element technology invented in the middle of the last century, as well as the technology used by Americans to combine Hall elements and induction coils. These kinds of magnetic detection techniques are completed in the state of strong magnetic excitation to a certain point of the wire rope.

Under the excitation of strong magnetic field, the wire rope with supersaturated magnetic field is in a very complex magnetic field environment. These magnetic fields include not only the wire rope itself and its damaged magnetic field, but also the geomagnetic field, electromagnetic field, etc. We call all the damaged magnetic field information in the wire rope "signal", while other magnetic field information is called "noise" in the process of wire rope nondestructive testing ".

In the detection, due to the influence of rope flowers, rope jitter, speed and external magnetic field changes, the detection process is accompanied by a large number of "strand wave" noise, often "wild points", that is, local abnormal signals appear.

Therefore, the wire rope nondestructive testing equipment is very basic, very important requirement is under a variety of interference sensitively, accurately identify the signal of wire rope damage, eliminate all kinds of noise interference, so as to obtain the real information of wire rope nondestructive testing, and on this basis to analyze and process these information, the formation of wire rope damage judgment.
