Pansan Mine belongs to Huainan Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. and was completed and put into operation on November 1, 1992. Over the years, Baikete has maintained a good business cooperation relationship with Huainan Group. Our technicians will go to Huainan every year to serve the mines in Huainan. In November 2020, Luoyang Baikete technicians went to Huainan to provide oiling services for the first rope wire ropes of the main wells 1 and 2 of Pansan Mine.
We all know that the wire rope in the operation process will be due to less oil caused by the lack of oil inside the wire rope, resulting in accelerated wear and corrosion of the wire rope, affecting the service life of the wire rope, so in the operation cycle of the wire rope, in order to prolong the service life of the wire rope, we need to carry out regular professional oiling maintenance on the wire rope according to the different conditions of the wire rope.
The lubrication method of wire rope is divided into four kinds: manual coating method, conical container method, pressure injection method, special oil applicator spraying method.
The second generation of German oiling equipment improved by Luoyang Baikete uses 0.2MPa ~ 0.3MPa compressed air and grease spraying to mix in the oil storage cylinder, and then uses a specially designed applicator to atomize and evenly spray on the entire surface of the steel wire rope. The coating thickness can be guaranteed by changing the movement speed of the wire rope. After the solvent in the spray grease is volatilized, a uniform lipid film is formed on the surface of the steel wire rope to prevent the corrosion of the steel wire rope. It is characterized by high efficiency, good effect, simple equipment, low investment, convenient operation, low labor intensity, short occupation time, saving maintenance time, and easy on-site use. This method is currently the best way to apply oil!
