We all know that the steel wire rope has been lubricated in the production stage, but the grease in the rope itself is not enough to ensure the long-term use of the steel wire rope. On the contrary, the grease will be reduced after the rope is used, and the surface of the steel wire rope will stick to dust, debris and other things during work, thus causing wear and corrosion of the steel wire rope. Good post-maintenance can lubricate and prolong the service life of the steel wire rope.

Why must WDI round strand wire rope use N113FS grease for post-maintenance?
1. N113FS grease can reduce the frictional resistance and wear of the wire rope during different operations. The special anti-corrosion grease is used to lubricate and prevent the wire rope, so that the wire in the wire rope is evenly stressed, thereby improving the wire rope's Anti-fatigue bending performance.
2. The use of N113FS grease to maintain the wire rope can reduce the corrosion of the wire rope and core fibers caused by negative factors such as rain, hail, carbon dioxide, and bacteria in the working environment of the wire rope, so as to improve the performance and service life of the wire rope.
3. Although the wire rope has been lubricated by grease in the production stage, due to the factors of low oil drop point and adhesion strength, the grease in the wire rope will be lost and fall off in a short period of time in the early stage of use, and the use of N113FS grease will protect the corrosion of the wire rope.
4. N113FS grease plays a role in maintaining the stability of the friction coefficient in the later anti-corrosion of the steel wire rope, and provides a strong guarantee for the stability of the comprehensive performance of the steel wire rope and the friction liner.
5. N113FS grease can effectively prevent the drop of hemp core grease.
