BKT steel wire rope non-destructive detector strictly implements GB/T21837-2008 "Electromagnetic Detection Method for Ferromagnetic Steel Wire Rope" and MT/T970-2005 "Online Non-destructive Quantitative Detection Method and Judgment Rules for Steel Wire Rope (Cable)" standards, quantitatively detects and judges hidden dangers and damages endangering the safety of use, such as wire breakage, local fatigue, abrasion and corrosion, structural deformation, etc., and realizes non-contact wide distance detection of steel wire rope, it is not affected by wire rope grease, general warp and running speed, and has strong detection ability. The humanized interface design makes the operation very convenient.
After the wire rope nondestructive flaw detector completes the test, it can instantly and randomly check the test data, waveform chart, analysis report and digital test results, and connect the printer to print out the test report in a standardized format in time, providing users with scientific basis for safe use and reasonable update.
