1, lifting personnel or lifting personnel and materials used for mining wire rope, since the suspension every 6 months should be dismantled wire rope tensile strength and bending performance inspection.
2. The steel wire rope used for lifting materials shall be inspected once every 12 months from the time of suspension, and then the non-destructive testing of the steel wire rope shall be carried out every 6 months.
3. The mine wire rope of the hanging plate shall be inspected every 12 months.
4, lifting, tank road mining wire rope must be checked once a day for broken wire, diameter, corrosion, wear and other conditions, while balance, anti-drop device brake, overhead manned device, traction belt conveyor mining wire rope must be checked at least once a week for broken wire, diameter, corrosion, wear and other conditions.
5. The service life of the steel wire rope for friction wheel lifting shall not exceed 2 years, and the service life of the balance rope shall not exceed 4 years.
