(1) Arrangement of wire rope on drum

The winding direction of the wire rope on the drum must be based on the winding direction of the wire rope. The right twist rope is arranged from left to right, and the left twist rope is arranged from right to left. The windings shall be neatly arranged to avoid misalignment or clamping.

(2) Wire rope unwinding

When unwinding the steel wire rope, the rope plate should be placed on the special bracket, and the steel pipe should be inserted into the hole of the rope plate, and the rope should be hung at both ends, or the bracket should be used to support both ends of the steel pipe, and then the rope plate should be slowly rotated.

(3) Shear

Wire rope cutting should be on both sides of the cutting site with an interval of 10-20mm wire tension, binding length is 1-4 times the diameter of the wire rope, and then cut with a cutting tool.
