Wire rope nondestructive testing system is developed according to the principle of electromagnetic induction, in line with Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. Wire rope nondestructive flaw detector has an important component, that is, the sensor group, each sensor group has two kinds of sensors, one is the wire rope magnetic field planning sensor, one is the wire rope flaw detection sensor. The main function of the wire rope magnetic field planning sensor is to eliminate the stray magnetic signal on the wire rope, so that the magnetic field on the wire rope is uniform and orderly.
Wire rope is a kind of ferromagnetic component, which is vulnerable to the interference of stray magnetic signal and external magnetic field, and the magnetic field of commonly used wire rope is disordered. When the wire rope is detected, the wire rope first passes through the wire rope magnetic field planning sensor to eliminate the stray magnetic signal on the wire rope, so that the magnetic field on the wire rope changes in the same direction, uniform and orderly. However, when there are damages such as broken wire, wear, rust, fatigue, etc. on the wire rope, the magnetic field inside the wire rope will fuse, and a leakage magnetic field will be generated on the surface of the wire rope. Magnetic field is a kind of vector, with size, direction, leakage magnetic field and shape.
Another kind of sensor-wire rope flaw detection sensor, the role is used to detect this leakage magnetic field. According to the size, direction and shape of the leakage magnetic field, the sensor for wire rope flaw detection converts the leakage magnetic field into corresponding different electrical signals, and then transmits these electrical signals to the information substation in the wire rope nondestructive flaw detector. The information substation converts the electrical signals from the wire rope flaw detection sensors into digital signals representing the magnitude and type of wire rope damage values through conversion, calculation and data model comparison, and then transmits these digital signals representing the magnitude and type of wire rope damage values to the main control station of the wire rope flaw detection system.
The main control station is equippedNDT for wire ropeManagement software, wire rope NDT management software displays these digital signals representing the magnitude and type of wire rope damage in the form of damage curves. The wire rope NDT management software analyzes these digital signals representing the magnitude and type of wire rope damage to generate various reports, such as damage list, damage statistics table, damage trend analysis table, etc. At the same time, the wire rope NDT management software also analyzes the digital signals representing the magnitude and type of wire rope damage, judge the damage and injury degree of wire rope, classify and grade the damage of wire rope, and carry out grading alarm and generate detection report.
