Weak magnetic detection technology is based on "spatial magnetic field vector synthesis", using a wide-distance, non-contact weak magnetic energy potential sensing device, by extracting the weak magnetic energy potential distribution difference information on the ferromagnetic material that has been applied with magnetic load, to complete the positioning, qualitative and quantitative identification of various defects inside and outside the wire rope electromagnetic non-destructive testing technology.
Following the principle of checking the safe bearing capacity of steel wire ropes specified in international standards (ISO3154 1988), the extracted physical field change information of ferromagnetic materials, the single-value equivalent mapping of the comprehensive degeneration characteristics of ferromagnetic material volume elements on steel wire ropes, and the non-destructive testing instrument of steel wire ropes provide scientific and technical basis for systematically evaluating the comprehensive tensile/bending/torsional bearing performance, safe service life and safe load factor of steel wires.
