5. The quantitative resolution of wire rope nondestructive testing services has a great influence on quantitative testing. The quantitative resolution or average length and scanning length of the flaw detection device indicate that the instrument can accurately measure the smaller length of LMA, which is an important parameter to measure the performance of flaw detection equipment.
In short, the traditional strong magnetic testing technology because of its principle, its core technology for many years no substantial breakthrough, far from reaching the stage of mature industrial use, and most of the strong magnetic testing instruments have low detection accuracy, bulkiness and poor adaptability and other major defects, and thus can not achieve satisfactory wire rope nondestructive testing results.
