From April 16th to 17th, 2025, the "2025 China Occupational Safety and Health Association Science and Technology Conference and the 3rd International Conference on Safety Science and Engineering," hosted by the China Occupational Safety and Health Association, was grandly held in Wuhan. BaiKeTe was awarded the "First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress" for its project "Key Technologies and Applications of Damage Identification and Safety Evaluation of Typical Large-scale Amusement Facilities," and was invited to attend the 3rd International Conference on Safety Science and Engineering to formally receive the award.
This award not only validates BaiKeTe's outstanding achievements in industry applications but also highlights its strength in the transformation of achievements in aspects such as testing and inspection technology innovation, precise quality control, and core technology research and development.
As the lifeline of large-scale amusement facilities, the safety performance of steel wire ropes directly determines the safety of tourists. However, traditional detection technologies have long been plagued by three major industry pain points: "insufficient accuracy in surface damage identification, difficulties in timely detection of internal broken wires, and over-reliance on the subjective experience of technicians in safety assessments." This has severely restricted the digital transformation process of special equipment safety management. Facing these technical challenges, BaiKeTe's R&D team has always adhered to the corporate mission of "Technology makes production safer." Through key technological innovations in intelligent detection, remote monitoring, and predictive maintenance, it has promoted the formal entry of China's large-scale amusement facility safety prevention and control into a new era of intelligent operation and maintenance.
